Adding a playlist
Settings › IPTV Sources › Add M3U Playlist, or Add Xtream Source if your provider gave you a server and a login. Paste in what they gave you, name it, and Gflix loads the channels and the guide.

Connecting a media server
Settings › Media Servers › Add Media Server. Choose Jellyfin, Emby or Plex, sign in, pick the libraries you want on your shelves, and they appear alongside everything else.
A stream will not play
Try another quality version from the channel's quality menu. If none of them play, the stream is most likely down at the provider.
Reporting a problem
Settings › Help & Feedback › Report a Problem asks a few questions about what happened, and can attach a playback report or the app's diagnostics, each saying what it holds. It reaches the people who build Gflix, with no account or email address needed.

No. Gflix is a player with no content of its own. You bring your own playlist or connect your own media server, and Gflix plays what you already have access to.
iPhone and iPad today, from one purchase, and iCloud Sync carries your sources and progress between them. Apple TV and Mac are on the way, and the same purchase will cover them.
